Bebop Musings was a site created by a professional writer and fellow Cowboy Bebop fan, Michele. There, she published her essays and analyses on the series and also hosted a number of guest essays. Unfortunately, Bebop Musings fell victim to the online Pharma hacking in early 2012 and the site has been down since. There is no timeline for the return of Bebop Musings, which is a great shame as Michele had some of the finest essays on the series you could possibly find on the internet. If you had ever read her writings before the site went down, I'm sure you would've agreed.

No good work should go to waste. So with Michele's permission, I am happy to announce that her essays can now be found here at the Cowboy Bebop Attic. I truly hope that the legacy of Bebop Musings can live on and that more fans can continue to enjoy her insightful analyses of the series.

Over the next few weeks, I will be posting all of her essays here. Due to the sheer volume of essays, there will be a separate section for them under "Bebop Musings" for easy access on the menu above. If you (or someone you know) had a guest essay posted on Bebop Musings previously and would like to see the essay included in the "re-publication" here, please drop me a note by clicking Contact on the menu. I'll follow up with you by email to get your essay up online again.

For now, check out the first of many wonderful essays to come, "Faye and Julia: the Women in Spike's Life".
